Bump-in: Friday 28th August 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM
All vendors must be ready to trade by 8am Saturday for VIP Fast Pass entering at 8.30am
Expo Day 1: Saturday 29th August
Expo Day 2: Sunday 30th August
Bump-out: Sunday 30th August – from 4:00 PM onward
Vendor Registration Form (Mandatory)
All vendors must complete the official registration form and upload a copy of their Public Liability Insurance (PLI).
Any vendor who has not submitted insurance prior to the event will not be permitted to trade.
Bump-In & Bump-Out Details
You will be guided by an ADE staff member on the Friday to your vendor location.
All vendors and staff must wear high-vis vests during bump-in and bump-out.
No exceptions – this is a venue safety rule and will be enforced.
✅ Acceptable: Hi-vis vest/jacket/shirt
❌ Not acceptable: plain T-shirts, dark clothing, etc.
If you arrive without high-vis gear, security may refuse entry.

Vendor Early Access to Event Cars
Sponsors are able to purchase 2 of each event model. That is not per staff member or per person. Excludes VIP fast pass only car
Vendors will be allowed to purchase 1 of each event model prior to opening again this is not per staff member or per person. Excludes VIP fast pass only car
Once your space has been set up you will be able to come over to the Australian Diecast expo activation and have your space/tables fulfilled so we have your purchase time stamped. This will ensure no one sends other staff members over to try and purchase more models under that space/tables.
If your staff would like to be able to purchase the event exclusive models they will have to purchase an event ticket and line up like everyone else.
