Australian Diecast Expo 2026 - Vendor Trading Table (Please Read Description)

Location: Rosehill Gardens, Sydney 

Date: Saturday, August 29th & Sunday, August 30th

Cost: $175 per table and numerous tables can be purchased. 

Table allocation will be based on the best fit for the overall configuration. We’ll do our best to accommodate preferences, but final placement will depend on number of tables purchased and layout efficiency. Marquee’s cannot be used in vendor area only in the sponsor spaces.

Please note all approved exhibitors will be required to purchase their own Public Liability Insurance & product insurance. The Australian Diecast Expo is not liable for any theft of products during the event, please make sure you have appropriate cover and staff.

T&C's: Tables are non refundable/transferable

No discount codes can be used or refund will be issued

Table configuration will be shared on bump in day - Friday 28th August

All exhibitors who fail to purchase Public Liability Insurance may be refused to exhibit and will not receive a refund.

Leaving the site and your belongings is at your risk. We do not take responsibility for any damaged or stolen items.

Please note that each vendor pass allows for the purchase of event cars by one vendor only, and this will be marked off once the purchase has been made.

Having additional staff members on your vendor pass does not provide extra access to purchase event cars. Any staff wishing to purchase event cars will need to hold a valid event ticket, the same as all other attendees.
