Adelaide Showground, Ridley Centre 

Date: Saturday, November 15th & Sunday, November 16th

Cost: $150 per table and numerous tables can be purchased.

 

Table allocation will be based on the best fit for the overall configuration. We’ll do our best to accommodate preferences, but final placement will depend on number of tables purchased and layout efficiency.

Please note all approved exhibitors will be required to purchase their own Public Liability Insurance. 

T&C's: Tables are non refundable/transferable

No discount codes can be used or refund will be issued

Table configuration will be shared closer to expo date

All exhibitors who fail to purchase Public Liability Insurance may be refused to exhibit and will not receive a refund

This year, if you book 5 or more Vendor tables for the Australian Diecast Expo, you’ll receive the official Expo Car (Right-Facing) FREE.

This exclusive offer will only be available to vendors, and only handed out on the day of the Expo.

- 1 car per business/person (booking 10 tables doesn’t mean 2 cars)
- Spaces are limited, so get in quick to secure your spot (and your car).
- Already booked 5+? You’re in – your car will be waiting for you at the Expo.
- Booked less than 5? Add more now to qualify before tables sell out.

To receive early access, vendors must:
✅ Have a confirmed trading table

✅ Ensure their table setup is complete and ready to trade before early access begins (verified by an ADE Team member)

✅ Purchase one (1) Fast Pass

Strictly 1 car per person during early access.

Additional vendor staff with Fast Passes can queue in the Fast Pass line and will still be guaranteed a car — just not early access.

🎟️ General Admission ticket holders will only have access to remaining stock after Fast Pass access has ended (while stocks last).

🚨 Event-exclusive car(s) are not included in any ticket — early access gives you the best shot at securing one.
